We are proud to announce the launch of a Masterclass workshop in photography based primarily on Black and White film fine art photography. This is a unique opportunity to learn the basics of fine art photography and to experience darkroom printing.

This masterclass workshop will go through the essential groundwork for shooting and printing black and white images on film and also deal with the vagaries of art photography and the complexities of deriving meaning from images.

Each student will also have the opportunity to work on a self imposed assignment and complete all the stages of shooting, film development and printing in a darkroom.

Places are very limited as each small group receives individual attention and the masterclass also includes one-on-one sessions with the Tutor.

No prior knowledge of photographic printing is required.

*Photographic materials for the masterclass will be provided by BRAZZA ART RESIDENCY, however  participants should bring a 35mm film camera.

*All participants of the course will receive a certificate of attendance.
